Construction costs range from $1,000/sqm for a Standard finish to $1,500/sqm for Premium and $2,200/sqm for Luxury, based on our build cost calculator. Land, design, and interior furnishing are quoted separately.
After Handover
Built and Managed
Construction does not have to end your relationship with us. Once your villa is built, Ever Retreat can manage it for rental income, with fees starting from 20% per booking.
Because we work hand in hand with Ever Retreat, there is no finger-pointing between builder and manager if something needs attention after handover.
