The Challenge
The site is a waterfront plot at Lake Kivu with steep terrain and panoramic lake views. Building safely on the shoreline required specialized engineering and foundation work.
Phase 02
The Solution
Our team designed a single showcase villa positioned for maximum lake views, with a private plunge pool. We used reinforced concrete foundations and cantilevered terraces.
Phase 03
Results
The completed villa now serves as a live showcase of Ever Design's design and construction standard — a hands-on reference our clients and partners can visit in person.
