Most villa builds take 12 to 18 months from design approval to handover. All our builds use concrete structures which require proper curing time at each stage.

How does the deposit and payment process work?

A deposit secures your reservation. The remaining balance is paid in stages tied to real construction milestones, not fixed calendar dates, so you only pay as work is actually completed.

Who manages the property after handover?

Ever Retreat. Villa management is optional but available on every development, from 20% per booking. It covers listing, guest management, dynamic pricing, and maintenance, so ownership can be hands-off.

Prices across our site are listed in USD by default, with a live toggle to view them in Rwandan Francs (RWF). Contracts and final invoices are issued in the currency agreed with your account manager.
